NEXT DAY OR DELAYED FUNDS AVAILABILITY

1. Possibility that a check you deposit will not be paid
2. You redeposit a check that has been returned unpaid
3. You deposit a NONLOCAL check
4. You have overdrawn your account repeatedly in the past three months
5. There is a failure of communications or computer equipment

We will inform you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds for any of these reasons and we will tell you when the funds will be available.

STOP PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Should you request a stop payment be made on a draft you have recently written.
A stop payment has a 24 hour processing time and will be
effective the following business day.

The fee for stop payment will be charged the same day as the
request for stop payment is placed with Englewood Municipal
Federal Credit Union.
